By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Policy.
SECTION 1 – ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the custom, made-to-order, and digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect purchase
- Incompatibility with your device or software
- Change of mind
- Failure to read product descriptions or policies
Please read all product details and review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
SECTION 2 – DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY
All digital products (e.g., downloadable files, templates, designs, guides) are delivered via instant download upon successful payment. By purchasing a digital product, you waive any right to request a return or refund after the product has been accessed or downloaded.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Mistaken purchases
- Inability to operate software or hardware
- Lack of understanding of how the digital product works
If you have difficulty accessing your file, please reach out and we’ll gladly assist with access or re-delivery support — not a refund.
SECTION 3 – PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY
All physical items are custom-made, handcrafted, or created to order. This includes but is not limited to:
- Personalized apparel
- Custom tumblers
- Journals and keepsakes
- Rhinestone, vinyl, or sublimation-based items
As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. Please double-check all personalization, sizes, spelling, and shipping information at checkout.
SECTION 4 – LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
1. Defective Product (Physical or Digital)
If your product arrives defective, or your file is corrupted and cannot be accessed, you must contact us within 2 calendar days of receipt.
- Include your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or description of the issue.
- If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we may offer a one-time replacement or reissue — at our sole discretion.
2. Unauthorized Transaction
If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, notify us immediately. We will investigate and may issue a refund only if the purchase is proven to be fraudulent.
No other scenarios will qualify for a refund or return.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGE CLAIMS
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses submitted during checkout
- Delays or damages caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS)
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they leave our facility
If your item arrives damaged due to transit, contact us within 2 calendar days with photos and order details. We may file a claim with the carrier or provide a replacement at our discretion.
