Thank you for choosing Crowned Phoenix Creations LLC. This Shipping Policy outlines how we deliver both digital and physical products to our customers. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
SECTION 1 – SHIPPING FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We currently ship physical products, such as apparel, tumblers, journals, and other custom-made goods, to addresses within the United States. Shipping to international locations is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of customization and order volume.
Shipping Time
After processing, orders are shipped via standard shipping methods, typically taking 3–7 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control (e.g., weather, holidays, pandemics).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item weight, and carrier rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
SECTION 2 – DELIVERY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including downloadable templates, printables, and files, are delivered electronically. No physical shipping is required.
Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a download link or access instructions. Some digital products may also be accessible via your customer account on our website.
Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are typically available for immediate download. Pre-orders or timed releases will be delivered according to the release schedule noted on the product page.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING ADDRESS & ERRORS
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Crowned Phoenix Creations LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an error, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
SECTION 4 – DAMAGES OR LOST PACKAGES
If your physical product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Customerservice@crownedphoenixcreations.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage. We will assess the situation and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement. Refunds are not provided for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
SECTION 5 – TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If you experience issues accessing your digital download, please contact us at Customerservice@crownedphoenixcreations.com. We are committed to ensuring a smooth digital delivery experience and will address any access issues promptly.
SECTION 6 – REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Physical and digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion for defective or inaccessible products.
